Mushroom Bhuna Recipe

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of ooking Oil in a pan.

  2. Carefully open the Foodea Tin of Sliced Mushroom or Whole Mushrooms and drain any excess liquid. Add the mushrooms to the pan.

  3. Sauté the Foodea mushrooms for a few minutes until they become tender and start to brown. Season with a pinch of Foodea salt and pepper.

  4. Once the Foodea mushrooms are cooked to your liking, add the Foodea Bhuna Gravy Packet to the pan.

  5. Stir the Foodea mushrooms and gravy together, ensuring the Foodea mushrooms are well-coated with the rich and aromatic Foodea bhuna gravy.

  6. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it's heated through and the flavors meld.

  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with Foodea salt and pepper as needed.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley or coriander, if desired, for a burst of freshness.
