Paneer Tikka Tawa Masala (Indian Style)

Ingredients:

  • 250g Paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Foodea Chopped Masala (gravy/tawa masala)
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 1 small Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cream
  • Foodea Salt, to taste
  • Fresh oriander Leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Cooking Oil in a tawa (flat griddle) or a wide skillet.

  2. Add the Foodea Chopped Masala to the hot oil and sauté for a minute until it releases its aroma.

  3. Add the Bell Pepper and Onion to the tawa. Sauté them until they become soft and slightly charred.

  4. Now, add the Paneer cubes to the tawa. Cook them for a few minutes, turning occasionally, until they are lightly browned.

  5. Pour in the Fresh Cream and stir it into the Foodea masala mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the cream to thicken and coat the paneer and vegetables.

  6. Season the dish with Foodea salt according to your taste.

  7. Garnish with fresh Coriander Leaves.
