- Foodea Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Foodea Corn Flour
- Oil, for frying
For Gravy:
- 200g Foodea Red Gravy
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Foodea Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cream
- Foodea Salt, to taste
- Fresh Coriander Leaves, for garnish

For Koftas:

In a mixing bowl, combine the Ready-to-Eat Mashed Potatoes and Ready-to-Eat Mixed Vegetables.

Add Foodea Chopped Masala, Foodea Ginger Garlic Paste, Foodea Red Chili Powder, Foodea Garam Masala, and Foodea salt. Mix well to form a smooth mixture.

Shape the mixture into small, round koftas.

Roll the koftas in Foodea Corn Flour to coat them evenly.

Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the koftas until they turn golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
For Gravy: 6. In another pan, heat some oil and add Foodea Cumin Seeds. Let them splutter.

Add Foodea Red Gravy, Foodea Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, and Foodea salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Assembling: 9. Pour the hot Foodea Red Gravy over the fried koftas.
